Return Policy

Our policy lasts 48 hours. As it is a perishable product, if 48 hours have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and send us photos of the damaged products.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase, which you can find next to the order confirmation that will be sent to your email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)
