This product, known as the "pata negra" of tomatoes, arrived in Almería in the late 1960s. The unique soil, water and climate conditions in certain areas have made it the best tomato in the world.
These tomatoes are only available during their season, which runs from December to May. They are characterized by a soft yet crunchy skin, with a flavor that stands out for its acidic touch.
Now Pepe and his family are part of Campos Del Abuelo.
