Hello, {{ data.customer.first_name }}

Happy start to the week, {{ data.customer.first_name }}! Today I bring something different, I don't want to talk to you about fruit, but about the process behind the delicacies we bring to your table. What I am going to reveal to you is a simple idea, but very much our own.

Spain is a leader in drip irrigation and it's no coincidence. Here the climate is dry, droughts are repeated, and every drop counts. Instead of rain dances, we prefer brains and fine drops 💧

To explain it simply, drip irrigation is water that slowly drips right at the base of the plant. It doesn't wet leaves or aisles. It's not lost along the way. That translates into precision and enormous water savings. In the fields, we notice it in the bill, and you notice it in your fridge, especially if you try our Valencian oranges.

With drip irrigation, plants grow more uniformly and mature at their own pace. Since we don't leave the leaves soaked, there is less risk of fungi, and vegetables keep better at home.

By feeding the root with what it needs, excess nitrates do not accumulate, and the flavor is concentrated. Tomatoes with more character, lettuces that last the week, peppers well-formed inside and out. And more stable production for much of the year 🌿

The game-changing data is clear. Water savings of up to sixty percent compared to traditional irrigation. In a country like ours, that is the future for the countryside and for your wallet, because what you receive lasts longer and is fully utilized.

This process, like everything in the countryside, is a work of patience that yields great fruits (literally). Here we work without haste, at the plant's pace, and this, believe it or not, is a true art.

And since we're talking about art, I can't help but mention the dragon fruit, which is a true masterpiece of nature, that came from America to settle here in Spain And boy, is this fruit good!

Now you know how those of us behind these lines work. Every morning we look at the orders and go out to harvest yours, from the tree to the box.

It's something unique here, and we do it among farmers all over Spain who continue to care for the land as our grandparents did, but with just the right and well-thought-out technology.

If you want to experience it at home, prepare your box, and we'll be up early. You'll see how every well-placed drop is savored.

A big hug and have a great week. We're still here, at the furrow's edge, watering with care and harvesting on demand 💪

See you next week!
