Vivaldi Potato
In the heart of Alboraya, Valencia, our friend Vicent, a passionate and dedicated farmer, one of the few left with a true devotion to the land, grows a very special potato, and it's organic too! These potatoes have yellow flesh, thin skin and an oval, elongated shape, and they're ideal for frying and boiling thanks to their low sugar content.
Vicent's potatoes belong to the same family as sweet potatoes and cassava, and they're an excellent source of energy thanks to their high vitamin and mineral content. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends eating them for their nutritional benefits.
