At Campos Del Abuelo, we strive to offer fresh and high-quality fruits and vegetables. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
1. Damaged or Spoiled Products
If you receive a product in poor condition or damaged, you must notify us within the first 24 hours after receiving your order. To process the refund, we require:
- Clear photographs or videos of the damaged product.
- Image of the packaging in which it was delivered.
- Order number or proof of purchase.

2. Products We Do Not Accept for Return
Due to their nature, we do not accept returns of:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Perishable products in general.
- Sale items or gift cards.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the corresponding amount for the damaged product, and it will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Changes and Order Errors
If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours with visual evidence. We will evaluate the case and, if applicable, issue a refund or send the correct product at no additional cost.
