It is native to Valencia, from areas close to the sea and that salinity makes it an unmatched flavor. Its cultivation is reduced to a couple of months and the plants are not very productive, so demand always exceeds supply.
It is a completely fleshy good size tomato with hardly any cucumber, without holes so it weighs a lot. With an exact balance between sweetness and acidity. Accompanied by olive oil is an exquisite bite.
Although it is folded by quick mature being at its maximum palate when it is totally red. Despite maturing, it remains hard and in fridge endures a lot.
