How was February for you? 🙃
This is one of my favorite months.😍
And do you know why?
It's because it's the only month that changes depending on the year we are in.
It's the different one in the family, just like us. 😜
And why do we have leap days?
Well, simply to keep the seasons on the dates we know them.
It's to make our calendar year coincide with the solar year , which is 365.2422 days long. 🤓
To compensate for that tiny difference, every 4 years an extra day is added, and voilà!
Problem solved; people from the past were so clever. 😅
So this year we're working one extra day in February! 😐
Hey, don't complain, the Chinese have a leap month every 3 years!
That means, instead of working 12 months, they work 13!
How crazy 😱!
At least we only have one extra day! 😃

What if you're born on a leap day?
It's cool because you're different within the different month, but you only celebrate your birthday every 4 years; the other years, you have to make do with February 28th or March 1st. 🥲
I don't know if I'd like to be a leap year baby. 😬
Anyway, it's great to be different, to do things according to your own judgment and preferences.😛
