Good morning!
I'm currently working on the week's planning and it occurred to me to ask for your help through this newsletter to make a delicious decision.
You know these Sunday things have their charm, between coffees, calls, and some laughs to keep things in perspective.
Lately, I've met a great cheese sommelier, and he has two artisanal gems that have stolen our hearts.
And, precisely, I need your help to decide which of the two to choose.
Because, for my part, I'm delighted with both and it's not easy to decide.

I'll describe them a little, to make it easier for you...
One is goat cheese, fresher and livelier, one of those that awaken the palate. And the other is sheep cheese, rounder and sweeter, ideal for a long after-dinner with bread.
Both are handmade, with care and time, just the way we like it in the countryside.
Here comes the dilemma. We can only upload one to the website right now, and I want you to choose it. Team goat or team sheep? đ or đ
The chosen cheese will be the one you see available in the store.
Tell me by replying to this email; I'd love to read your reasons and cheese anecdotes.
As every Sunday, I have to balance harvests with fellow farmers from all over Spain and review orders.
Planning is also a lot of work, although I will always prefer the field to office work.
We harvest to order every morning and sell directly to defend our fruits and vegetables at a fair price, so everything fitting together is key. There are times when it smells more like Excel than like tomato plants, but that's how the best and ripest produce gets to your home.Â

Now I'm going to try to take a few hours to rest and I encourage you to do the same if you can. You surely deserve it.
Thank you for participating and telling us if you are more of a goat or a sheep person.
A big hug and have a peaceful Sunday,
