Ingredients for the orange vinaigrette

  • Juice of two oranges from Campos Del Abuelo
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Optional: Chia seeds
  • Salt

Preparation

Put the juice, honey, mustard and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Then add the vinegar and olive oil and mix again.

Optionally you can add chia seeds.

If you want the vinaigrette to have a creamier consistency, you should beat it with an electric mixer.
