ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients for the ORANGE vinaigrette

Juice of two oranges from Campos Del Abuelo

2 tablespoons of vinegar

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon mustard

6 tablespoons of olive oil

Optional: Chia seeds

Salt

PREPARATION

Put the juice, honey, mustard and salt in a container and mix them. Then add the vinegar and olive oil and mix again.

Optionally you can add Chia seeds.

If you want the vinaigrette to have a creamier consistency, you should beat it with an electric mixer.

Montserrat, te recomendamos que la uses el mismo día que la haces, así el sabor será el mejor y no añadas las semillas de chía hasta que vayas a usarla, se te pondrán un poco blandas.
