Star Pumpkin
Introducing the star variety of pumpkin, the queen of all pumpkins. Its cultivation takes place in spring between the months of March and April, and the first harvest starts from the second half of July.
Traditionally, it had a significant drawback, and we all agreed: the difficulty of peeling it. However, with the peanut pumpkin, which has thinner skin, this is no longer a problem, as it can be peeled even with a peeler. No more excuses for eating healthier. Moreover, this pumpkin has the unique feature of lasting in a dark, cool area for a long period, so it won't spoil when purchased freshly harvested.
It's a pumpkin with tender and very sweet flesh, perfect for roasting and even using in desserts. In Central Europe, it's highly regarded for accompanying meats and even in breakfasts. And there's a reason for this, as in Valencia, we have some of the finest products around.
