Mountain Cherry
Alexandre and Sujan are cherry growers in Alicante whose fruit stands out for both its flavour and its sustainability. They're renowned for the exquisite quality of their cherries, which combine an intense yet delicate flavour with a juicy texture that'll make your mouth water from the very first bite.
They grow varieties such as Prime Giant and Sweet Heart, and devote 55 hectares to artisanal cherry production. That's 32% of all the land given over to this crop in the Valencia region, where they're the leading producers, and 9% nationwide.
The exceptional quality of their cherries comes down to a favourable climate, a privileged location, traditional growing techniques and deep agronomic know-how.
