Can orange juice be frozen?

• Choose fresh fruit , just picked. Oranges that have already passed through cameras (like those in the supermarket) have already been subjected to a cold process. The fewer processes the fruit has undergone, the better.

• Choose an airtight container, preferably glass.

• It is recommended that you strain it before freezing it, not because the flavor will change, but because the texture of the pulp changes with the freezing process.

• Freeze the amount you are going to consume. You won't be able to freeze it again.

How to freeze orange juice

To freeze orange juice you must:

1. Make the juice as usual.
2. Strain it as best as possible to remove all the pulp.
3. Put it in a tightly closed container (preferably glass) to prevent it from acquiring odors.
4. Put the freezing date on it.
