In the heart of Alboraya, Valencia, our colleague Vicent, a passionate and dedicated farmer, is one of the few remaining with a true devotion to the land. On his farm, he grows a very special, artisanal cauliflower!
Vicent's cauliflowers belong to the same family as broccoli and cabbage, and are an excellent source of nutrients due to their high content of vitamins C and K, fiber, and antioxidants.
These cauliflowers, harvested daily by us farmers, with firm, white florets, are perfect for a variety of the healthiest and most sustainable dishes.
