Óptima Tomato
We present a premium tomato native to Valencia, from the areas near the sea, and its salinity gives it an unrivalled flavour.
Its cultivation is limited to a couple of months and the plants are not very productive, so demand always exceeds supply.
It is a good-sized tomato, completely fleshy, with hardly any seeds and no holes, so it weighs quite a bit. With an exact balance between sweetness and acidity. Accompanied by olive oil, it is an exquisite morsel.
