Lemon ice cream WITH ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!

Summer is upon us and here in Valencia the heat is already scorching us!
We are going to share a little secret with you to stay cool.

Today we bring you a very easy and delicious ice cream with only 3 INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

You can easily find the ingredients you will need.

• 250 g condensed milk
• 400 ml whipping cream
• Juice of a CAMPOS DEL ABUELO lemon, of course!

Preparation

1. Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until it has a creamy consistency.
2. We whip the cream and add the previous mixture with enveloping movements. It should have a smooth consistency.
3. We put the mixture in a glass container and place it in the freezer for approximately 5 hours.

And ready!

Recommendation
