It is a single-variety, 100% Picual oil, cold-pressed on the same day it's harvested to ensure that every drop retains all its healthy properties and that characteristic aroma of apple and green banana
You are taking home a very fluid and sweet oil on the palate that is not bitter and is ideal for enjoying raw on good bread or for adding the master touch to your best dishes, just as we do in my own family
